About Lombard Pines
Lombard Pines Condominiums is a small community of 56 condo units in Windsor Township in Red Lion, York County, Pennsylvania.We are located just minutes from numerous shopping areas on Cape Horn Road yet our community provides privacy and quiet as we are surrounded by farmers’ fields on two sides and on another side there is an even smaller condo community. It’s the ideal site for those who love a country feel yet enjoy the proximity of grocery stores, convenience stores, etc. We are only a few miles from I-83 and Route 30, which makes us easily accessible to Lancaster to the East, Harrisburg to the North, Baltimore to the South, and Gettysburg to the West. Our central location is desirable for those who commute to work outside of York County.
Lombard Pines was built in 1997 beginning with the first building consisting of 8 home units and ending with 7 total buildings the following year for a total of 56 units. There are three different home models with many varying floor plan options throughout the community. Four of the buildings have garage units and the other three buildings do not.
Our community is led by an Executive Board consisting of 7 members of the community who work hard to maintain the beauty and integrity of our community for the good of everyone who lives here. We strive to provide the best environment and resale value of our homes.
